The Miss Job’s Daughter is chosen among those that enter the competition in the Spring of each GGC year. Through competitions in etiquette, ritual knowledge, speech presentation, and personal interviews during the day and then a stage presentation and answering that famous finalist question…the Miss Job’s Daughter is chosen. This pageant is also used to raise dollars for the Grand Guardian Council Scholarship fund. On an average – roughly $10-$12,000 is raised each year to give to lucky applicants from Job’s Daughters in PA.
The Miss Congeniality is chosen among her peers competing that weekend. She is then given first choice to serve the Commonwealth as the Daughter HIKE Coordinator is she so desires.
Added in 2014, was the new position to represent the younger members of the organization. That new position is Miss Junior Jobie.
