Who We Are

Job’s Daughters is where shy girls turn into confident young women.

Our members grow alongside their peers and find their voice in a safe and supportive environment. The girls lead themselves and plan their own activities, learning teamwork and problem solving along the way.

Our Mission

Creating strong young women, respecting tradition and shaping the future.

Our mission is centered on supporting the next generation of leaders. Since 1920, Job’s Daughters has supported its members in breaking boundaries. No goal is too big – we’ll just teach you how to get there.

Service

The Hearing Improvement Kids Endowment (HIKE) Fund is Job’s Daughters’ philanthropy. Through HIKE, Job’s Daughters has embraced the needs of children with hearing difficulties. The HIKE Fund, Inc. has provided children with assistive hearing devices since 1985.
