Fall Grand Bethel Weekend 2008

Living Life on the EDGE!

What a great weekend!

Lots of fun activities were planned for the weekend of Living on the EDGE! And one of the highlights was the Cricket Spitting! Everyone was given the chance to push themselves with various life skills that even included cricket spitting.

There was hiking for HIKE, the Job's Daughters charity project-Hearing Impaired Kids Endowment Fund, where Daughters collected sponsors for the 5 mile HIKE through the beautiful Masonic Villages in Elizabethtown. The skies were overcast-that was until they opened up half way through the hike. But, after a through soaking...they were off hiking again!

There was a Grand Bethel meeting on Saturday evening with the Mary Etta Wright Grand Bethel Honored Queen, Marie Pashel presided graciously. The entire corps of officers did an excellent job.

Then Mrs. Pilarck and Mrs. Spence made good on their promise to Spit Crickets after the Daughters met their challenge. Check out these pictures from the weekend. You won't want to miss the NEXT Grand Bethel Weekend-May 15, 16, & 17, 2009.
